Our Experience

The organization has consistently championed climate action through student-led initiatives that raise awareness and drive real change. Our members have engaged in campaigns aimed at reducing carbon footprints on campus and societies by promoting tree planting, proper waste management, and eco-friendly lifestyles. We have organized cleanup drives, recycling programs, and educational seminars to sensitize students and surrounding community on the impacts of climate change and the importance of environmental conservation.

As a measure to mitigate the impacts of climate change, the Kenyan government set a target to increase national tree cover to 10% by the year 2022, aiming at planting 1.8 billion tree seedlings between the years 2020 and 2022.
